There was a clause in my rental agreement that I had to have my apartment cleaned before I move out. I had no problem with that, because it was in excellent shape when I moved in. I came in fully expecting to have to clean out the cupboards and shampoo the carpets, but everything looked great in the apartment. That is why I did not mind having to do post tenancy cleaning in Singapore, because the next person who lives where I called home for the last few years deserves to have a nice place to walk into for the first time too.
I already knew that I was not going to do the cleaning myself. I did not mind running the vacuum or dusting now and again. To be honest, if it had not been for my mom visiting me at least once a week, I don’t think that my apartment would have been as clean as it was for the years I lived there. There was no way I was going to ask my mom to come and clean it though because this was going to be a very in depth cleaning.
I asked the rental office if they could recommend a company, and the lady there told me that they use Kleepers when someone decides to give up their cleaning deposit. If Kleepers is good enough for the ones who want the apartments clean, then they were definitely good enough for me too. After they were done, I walked around the apartment, just because it was sad to be leaving after spending so many days and nights there. I was really surprised at how nice the apartment looked, much nicer than when I had moved in, and I could see why the rental office uses Kleepers. I know if I move out of my condo for any reason, they are the ones I am going to call again.
